He further strengthened his credentials by completing Rutgers University’s paralegal certificate program in 2019, building a strong foundation in legal research and document preparation.
Kenny brings a unique, practical perspective — having served as a jailhouse lawyer with a 7–0 record before transitioning to formal paralegal practice under attorney supervision.
